คุณลบบัญชีหวนหวยได้ด้วยตัวเองในแอป หรือส่งคำขอทางอีเมลหากเข้าแอปไม่ได้แล้ว

วิธีที่ 1 — ลบเองในแอป (ทันที)

เปิดแอปหวนหวย แล้วไปที่แท็บ โปรไฟล์
เลื่อนลงล่างสุด แล้วแตะ ลบบัญชี (ข้อความสีแดง)
ยืนยันในกล่องข้อความ การลบจะเกิดขึ้นทันทีและถาวร

หลังลบเสร็จ แอปจะพาคุณกลับไปเป็นผู้เล่นทั่วไป (ไม่ระบุตัวตน) และยังใช้งานต่อได้

วิธีที่ 2 — ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล

หากคุณถอนการติดตั้งแอปไปแล้ว หรือเข้าบัญชีไม่ได้ ให้ส่งอีเมลมาที่

ส่งจากอีเมลเดียวกับที่ใช้สมัคร เพื่อให้เรายืนยันตัวตนได้

ข้อมูลอะไรที่ถูกลบ

ทุกอย่างที่ผูกกับบัญชีของคุณจะถูกลบอย่างถาวร ได้แก่

ข้อมูลอะไรที่ยังอยู่

เลขที่คุณเคยรายงานให้แหล่งเลข (เช่น วัดหรือต้นไม้) จะยังอยู่ในสถิติความแม่นของแหล่งนั้น แต่จะถูกตัดความเชื่อมโยงกับตัวคุณอย่างถาวร ไม่มีทางย้อนกลับมาหาคุณได้อีก

เหตุผลคือ ถ้าลบคำทำนายที่ล็อกไว้ก่อนหวยออกทิ้งไปด้วย คะแนนความแม่นในอดีตจะเปลี่ยน ซึ่งขัดกับหลักการทั้งหมดของแอปนี้ ข้อมูลที่เหลือจึงเป็นข้อมูลนิรนามล้วน ๆ

ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

การลบในแอปมีผลทันที ส่วนสำเนาสำรอง (backup) ของฐานข้อมูลอาจยังมีข้อมูลอยู่ได้ไม่เกิน 30 วัน ก่อนจะถูกลบตามรอบปกติ เราไม่นำข้อมูลจากสำเนาสำรองกลับมาใช้กับบัญชีที่ถูกลบแล้ว

Delete your account

You can delete your Huan Huay account yourself inside the app, or email us a request if you no longer have access.

App: Huan Huay (หวนหวย) · package com.huayfair

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (immediate)

Open Huan Huay and go to the Profile tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (red text)
Confirm in the dialog. Deletion is immediate and permanent

Afterwards the app drops you back to a fresh guest session, so it stays usable.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us:

Write from the email address on the account so we can verify it's you
Use the subject Delete my Huan Huay account
We action it within 30 days and reply once it's done

We never ask for your password, and never will by email.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed:

Your account and sign-in details (email, name, profile photo)
Your predictions, the tickets you saved, and all history
Your posts, likes and follows
Any profile picture you uploaded

What remains

Numbers you reported for a source (a temple, a tree, an arjan) stay in that source's accuracy record, but are permanently unlinked from you — they can never be traced back.

The reason: deleting predictions that were locked in before a draw would retroactively change historical accuracy scores, which is the exact dishonesty this app exists to prevent. What remains is anonymous data only.

Retention

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Encrypted database backups may still contain your data for up to 30 days before they age out on their normal cycle. We never restore a deleted account from a backup.
